In 2025, the Defense Command of Region 4 - Nha Be will deploy and complete all military and defense tasks. The unit will strictly maintain combat readiness; organize training according to plan and safely. The militia and reserve forces will be consolidated in a powerful, strong and widespread direction.

In 2026, the Defense Command of Region 4 - Nha Be determined to continue improving the quality of training, strictly maintaining combat readiness; consolidating the militia and self-defense forces, reserve mobilization; proactively grasping the situation, promptly handling arising situations and tasks; promoting mass mobilization work, building a comprehensively strong "exemplary, typical" unit.

Especially in training, the unit focuses on innovating and improving the quality of training according to the motto "Basic, practical, solid", closely following the requirements of local military and defense tasks. The unit focuses on improving the capacity of staff, command and coordination between forces; practicing combat readiness transition, defensive combat drills and handling security situations, natural disasters, and rescue situations specific to river areas, contributing to improving overall quality and building a solid defense area.

At the conference, delegates discussed and evaluated the results, pointed out limitations; proposed solutions to improve the effectiveness of coordination between forces, maintain political security and social order and safety in the area.

On this occasion, the Defense Command of Region 4 - Nha Be awarded 19 individuals with outstanding achievements in the 2025 Emulation Movement.
