In the past time, the Party Committee and the Military Command of Hai Ba Trung District have thoroughly grasped and seriously and effectively implemented Regulation No. 775. The discipline, management regime, reporting, notification, orientation, experience in ideological management, grasping and orienting public opinion of soldiers have been seriously and effectively implemented.

The unit promotes the role of organizations, forces, and information channels to grasp the unit's situation and the ideological developments of soldiers; conducts ideological work with innovative content, forms, and measures; promptly detects and handles arising problems; maintains ideological stability, unity, and high consensus within the unit.

Thanks to that, 100% of the unit's officers and employees have a strong mindset, are confident in their work, clearly identify assigned tasks, strictly comply with State laws, military discipline and unit regulations, and there are no cases of disciplinary violations that need to be handled.

Speaking at the conference, Major General Tran Ngoc Tuan praised the results achieved by the Hai Ba Trung District Military Command; at the same time, he requested the unit to continue to strengthen leadership and direction to strictly implement the above documents on implementing Regulation No. 775; organize and effectively carry out political and ideological work, build political capacity, raise awareness and vigilance of soldiers against distorted and destructive information. Regularly and proactively review the internal political situation; promote responsibility and exemplary behavior of cadres and party members.
