Attending the conference were representatives of the General Department of Politics ; leaders of the National Defense Trade Union.

The conference unanimously affirmed: In 2025, the workers' movement and trade union activities in the Army have comprehensively completed both regular and ad hoc tasks.

Colonel Nguyen Van De, Head of the National Defense Trade Union, delivered a concluding speech at the conference.

Notable are: Well organizing activities to take care of the Lunar New Year of At Ty for union members and workers, activities of Workers' Month and National Day September 2; successfully organizing the training conference for union cadres of the whole army; especially advising the Chief of the General Department of Politics to develop a Project on organization and operation of unions in the Army; organizing conferences to deploy implementation. Closely coordinating with staff agencies to promulgate the Regulations on trade union work in the Army, guiding and directing units to organize congresses and conferences of unions at all levels in accordance with regulations; doing a good job of preparing for the organization of the 11th Army Trade Union Congress (2025-2030).

The Emulation Movement for Victory has had many innovations and creations, developed comprehensively in both breadth and depth, creating motivation for cadres, employees and soldiers in the agency to constantly strive to fulfill assigned tasks. Along with that, the National Defense Trade Union Committee has performed well its strategic advisory function, directing and guiding the entire army to comprehensively and focusedly deploy the contents, programs and plans of trade union work in the entire army.

Regarding the direction of leadership in implementing the tasks in 2026, the conference determined: Strengthening political education , ideological leadership, dissemination and legal education for the subjects. Well organizing the 2026 Emulation Movement, the Movement "Emulation of the Army in innovation, creativity and digital transformation", "Digital education for the masses", peak emulation periods and activities to celebrate major holidays. Advising and directing the organization of the 6th Mechanical Engineering Skilled Worker Competition. Coordinating the organization of the program "Honoring the worker soldiers"; organizing the "Creative Labor" Award activity in the Army Trade Union for the first time to ensure quality and efficiency. Deploying and implementing the Regulations on Trade Union work in the Vietnam People's Army to be implemented uniformly throughout the army.

Organize Tet reunion activities, take care of union members and workers on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2026; do a good job of visiting, encouraging, and providing emergency assistance to union officials, union members, and workers when they encounter natural disasters, epidemics, accidents, etc.

At the conference, the National Defense Trade Union launched the 2026 Emulation Movement for Victory with the theme "Democracy, solidarity, discipline, creativity, and victory" with the consistent direction of: Strengthening solidarity, maintaining discipline, determination to make breakthroughs, innovate, and excellently complete tasks.
