At the congress, delegates promoted the spirit of democracy, contributed many enthusiastic, responsible and practical opinions to clarify the achieved results, pointed out the limitations, drew some experiences, and proposed the direction of activities of the Council of Directors in the 2025-2027 term.

The congress elected Colonel Tran Thi Thu Hien, Deputy Head of the Military Trade Union Committee, to hold the position of Chairwoman of the Military Trade Union Committee's Council for the 2025-2027 term.
