Reporting at the conference, the leader of Ho Tram commune affirmed that the tourism system planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2045 and the planning of Ba Ria-Vung Tau province for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050 approved by the Prime Minister and the Resolution of the 1st Congress of Ho Tram Commune Party Committee, term 2025-2030, all determined: "Building Ho Tram into an international-class sea tourism center, a safe-friendly-attractive destination".
Currently, the Ho Tram area has two typical tourism products of the area including: Golf course and amusement park in the Ho Tram Project (The Grand Ho Tram Strip) and sea view bridge in the Sea Bright Tourism Area project.
The locality is focusing on expanding and attracting international visitors such as organizing international music festivals, sports events, beauty pageants, professional golf tournaments, seafood food festivals, promoting local specialties to domestic and foreign tourists; investing in adventure sports activities such as windsurfing, scuba diving, boat racing to attract young tourists and create a unique highlight...
In the coming time, Ho Tram commune plans to implement a number of tourism programs and events such as: Ho Tram Sea and Light Festival; Ho Tram Premium Weekend - the program to kick off the resort season; Ho Tram Sea Sports and Hot Air Balloon Festival to aim for the goal in the coming period, Ho Tram tourism area to attract 8-10 million visitors/year (of which 30-40% are international visitors).
The conference focused on discussing solutions to promote tourism development, accelerate investment progress in road and urban railway infrastructure according to the planning to connect Ho Tram area with other areas in the city; especially paying attention to implementing tasks on environmental protection and security and order to ensure sustainable development of the locality, especially for international tourists; building a digital platform for Ho Tram tourism.
On the same day, the delegation visited Binh Chau-Phuoc Buu Nature Reserve; Minera Hot Springs Binh Chau Tourist Area; The Grand Ho Tram Strip 5-star project; Melia Ho Tram Sea View Bridge and Ho Tram Crossroads Area.
