Promulgating regulations on the list of equipment and provision of personal belongings for students

The Provincial People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 21/QD-UBND dated November 10, 2025, specifically regulating the list of equipment and distribution of personal belongings and school supplies for students of ethnic boarding schools and general education institutions (assigned by competent authorities to carry out the task of educating ethnic boarding students) in the province, according to Decree No. 66/2025/ND-CP of the Government.

Accordingly, personal belongings and school supplies for ethnic boarding students are provided at the beginning of each grade and each school year.

Specifically, the list of items issued to each student once at each level of education includes: winter blankets, mosquito nets, mats, pillows, coats, umbrellas. The list of items issued to each student for each school year includes: uniforms (2 sets); notebooks; ballpoint pens; pencils; erasers; rulers, protractors, compasses; backpacks for books and notebooks.

Educational institutions, based on the allocated budget, determine the quantity of personal belongings and school supplies provided to students according to the prescribed list.

The Department of Education and Training shall preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies and units to monitor, inspect, urge the implementation and report the implementation results to the Provincial People's Committee.

The Decision takes effect from November 10, 2025.
