The program is large-scale, connecting from the border to the islands, from Vietnam to the world , with the main venue in Hanoi (Hanoi Athletics Stadium), connecting with 5 other locations: Truong Sa Special Zone (Song Tu Tay Island), the border (Lo Lo Chai, Lung Cu, Tuyen Quang), the Central Highlands (34th Army Corps and Kon Tum), Ca Mau (Dat Mui), and especially South Sudan (Bentiu area). The Hanoi location alone has approximately 6,500 participants.

In terms of content structure, the program is built into 7 parts, creating a unified whole in thought and art, clearly expressing national pride, national potential, solidarity, aspirations for integration, responsibility for peace for humanity, affirming the determination of the entire Party, people, and army in promoting patriotic traditions, consolidating national unity, firmly protecting national sovereignty , maintaining peace and stability, and creating a solid foundation for the country to confidently enter an era of prosperous development.
This program brings together, for the first time, six major television programs from Vietnam's National Defense Television Channel, including "Spring Road of Vietnam," "Spring Colors of the Border," "Spring in Truong Sa," "Colors of Vietnamese Tet," "12 Zodiac Animals," and "United Nations Peacekeeping."

The program featured hundreds of artists and performers from art units inside and outside the military, including many prestigious and well-known artists such as Meritorious Artist Vu Thang Loi, Tieu Minh Phung, Thieu Bao Tram, and singer Kieu Anh,... The content is harmoniously structured with thematic reports, guest interviews, and the real-life experiences of artists and athletes with outstanding achievements, contributing to the program's intellectual depth, emotional impact, and unique character.
Alongside performances and filming, the program also organizes cultural spaces showcasing Vietnamese culture, helping the public, especially young people, to access and spread the essence of Vietnamese culture in a vivid, intimate, and emotionally rich way. These spaces include: "Spring Ceramic Flower Street," "Vietnamese Spring Tea Space," "Ceramics Telling Historical Stories" exhibition space, and "Ceramic Colors - Spring Colors" space.
