Discussing the plan to receive the Central Youth Center

The Central Youth Center is a public service unit under the Central Youth Union. The unit has two facilities under its management and use. The main facility is at 226 Huynh Thuc Khang Street, Tam Ky City and one facility is in Ngoc An Village, Tam Tien Commune (Nui Thanh).

The Central Youth Union issued Official Dispatch No. 2636 dated December 20, 2023 requesting the People's Committee of Quang Nam province to give opinions on the plan to rearrange and handle houses and land in the form of transferring the Central Youth Center to Quang Nam for management and organization of activities.

After receiving comments from Quang Nam province, the Central Youth Union issued Official Dispatch 3263 dated April 16, 2024 agreeing on the plan to handle the above two real estate facilities in the form of "transferring to local management and handling" and requested the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to assign the Provincial People's Committee to determine the public service unit assigned to receive the real estate facilities.

At the meeting, relevant departments and agencies raised difficulties and problems in selecting a suitable unit to receive the center along with real estate, finance, personnel, etc.

Concluding the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Anh Tuan said that the reception of the Central Youth Center still has some problems that need to be further resolved. The most important issue is the arrangement of staff after reception to ensure the rights of workers.

Mr. Tran Anh Tuan suggested that the leaders of the Central Youth Center work specifically with the Central Youth Union, finalize finances, develop a specific transfer plan, with the participation and comments of Quang Nam province.

After having a specific plan from the Central Youth Union, the province will receive the handover of the center and organize appropriate activities to reasonably exploit the facilities and ensure the rights of workers.
