Comrade Le Van Hieu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, on behalf of the Standing Committee of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee, signed a notice requesting Party committees at all levels, party organizations, and individuals to continue reviewing and reporting the results of overcoming the limitations and shortcomings pointed out at the request of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, and the conclusions of the competent agencies, especially the removal of difficulties and obstacles in implementing the overcoming of limitations and shortcomings.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee agreed in principle not to suggest a review in 2024 for collectives, departments, branches, sectors, the Fatherland Front, provincial-level socio -political organizations, standing committees of district party committees, city party committees, town party committees, party committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee and individual cadres under the management of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee as proposed by the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee.

The Provincial Party Standing Committee requested Party committees and Party organizations at all levels to continue to strictly implement Conclusion No. 21-KL/TW, dated October 25, 2021 of the Central Executive Committee and Plan No. 51-KH/TU, dated January 28, 2022 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee to implement Plan No. 21-KH/TW on promoting party building and rectification and the political system, resolutely preventing and repelling, and strictly handling cadres and Party members who have degraded political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, and manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation".

According to comrade Nguyen Hong Son, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Organization Committee, the Provincial Party Standing Committee agreed in principle not to suggest a review because in 2024, Party committees at all levels, authorities, and socio-political organizations made many efforts to overcome difficulties, especially in overcoming the consequences of storm No. 3 (Yagi) to achieve outstanding and comprehensive results in socio -economic development and Party building and the political system.

However, the Provincial Party Standing Committee assessed that there are still some subjective causes of limitations in performing tasks, so it requested to continue reviewing and reporting the results of overcoming the limitations and shortcomings pointed out.
