The Religious Affairs Committee - Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions of Nghe An province organized a conference to propagate and disseminate policies and laws on religion; regulations on decentralization and delegation of power of local authorities at 2 levels in the field of religion and regulations on land related to religion.

On October 9, 2025, at Nghe An Guest House, the Religious Affairs Committee - Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions of Nghe An province organized a conference to propagate and disseminate policies and laws on religion; regulations on decentralization and decentralization of local authorities at 02 levels in the field of religion and regulations on land related to religion for more than 200 Catholic dignitaries and officials in Nghe An province.

Attending and directing the Conference were comrades: Tran Thi Thanh Huyen - Head of the Religious Committee; Pham Quoc Vinh - Deputy Head of the Religious Committee of Nghe An province.

At the Conference, delegates listened to the rapporteur's report on the general situation of beliefs and religions in Vietnam; the policies and laws of the Vietnamese State on beliefs and religions; Decree No. 124/2025/ND-CP dated June 11, 2025 of the Government on decentralization, delegation, and determination of authority of local authorities at 02 levels in the field of ethnic affairs, beliefs and religions; instructions on procedures, dossier components and a number of new regulations on land related to religions.

  Major General Bui Thanh Ha - Member of the specialized research board assisting the Minister, Former Deputy Director of the Department of Internal Security, Ministry of Public Security , Former Deputy Head of the Government Committee for Religious Affairs reported at the Conference .

Comrade Tran Ngoc Dang - Member of the Advisory Council on Ethnicity - Religion and Foreign Affairs of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province, term XV, 2024 term - 2029; Former Deputy Head of Land Management Department, Department of Agriculture and Environment reported at the Conference .
