Accordingly, in 2023, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council and Provincial People's Committee actively and effectively implemented Plan No. 84-KH/HDND-BTGTU dated February 28, 2023 and Plan No. 81-KH/UBND-BTGTU dated February 28, 2023, contributing to improving the effectiveness of law enforcement, implementing socio -economic development plans, and resolving outstanding issues of public concern.
