The conference discussed and gave opinions on the draft Resolutions regulating: Tuition fees for public preschool and general education , tuition support levels for children and students of private and public schools; revenues and collection levels for services serving and supporting educational and training activities for public educational institutions in Ca Mau province from the 2025-2026 school year; contents and levels of expenses for preparing, organizing and participating in exams, competitions and competitions in the field of education and training in Ca Mau province; collection, use and management of tuition fees for teaching and learning in foreign languages at public general education and general education institutions in Ca Mau province; number and level of support for population collaborators in Ca Mau province; level of funding support for the operation of the Community Digital Technology Team for the period 2025-2027 in Ca Mau province; Health insurance support level for some subjects in Ca Mau province.

Discussing at the conference, delegates raised a number of issues requiring clarification on the basis for establishing the level of collection, use and management of tuition fees for teaching and learning in foreign languages at public general education and continuing education institutions; the level of online tuition fees; consideration of tuition exemption and reduction subjects. Evaluation and clarification of a number of issues related to the level of support for regimes and policies, especially balancing resources to implement the level of support for health insurance contributions for a number of subjects.
Regarding the content regulating the collection fees and collection levels for services serving and supporting educational and training activities for public educational institutions in Ca Mau province from the 2025-2026 school year, delegates said that the drafting agency needs to continue to review, research and consider the collection levels of school services to ensure reasonableness and consensus from the people before submitting the Resolution for promulgation.

Speaking at the conference, Head of the Culture - Society Committee Tran Thi Huynh Dao requested the drafting unit to continue researching and clarifying issues raised by delegates; including accurately reviewing and supplementing the full legal basis in the draft Resolution submission. For draft Resolutions regulating revenue and expenditure levels, the drafting agency must pay attention to clear wording to avoid confusion during the application process.
