The results were published by Whoop, a company specializing in bio-data analysis. Specifically, Whoop evaluated 9 important indicators related to sleep, training intensity, heart rate and body structure. All of which indicate that Ronaldo is operating his body in an optimal state, equivalent to an athlete around 29 years old.
The report claims that CR7’s body is “optimized for sleep, recovery, performance and longevity.” HOMA-IR, a measure of blood sugar control and metabolism, shows that Ronaldo is at an “elite” level.
This is the foundation that helps CR7 maintain speed and fitness almost without decreasing over time. Even the amount of hemoglobin in the blood, the factor that determines endurance and oxygenation, is at an "excellent" level.
