The Department of Science and Technology coordinates with the Department of Finance and related units to advise on plans to complete digital infrastructure and information technology equipment, ensuring smooth connection between government levels. The province requires accelerating the progress of upgrading digital data systems, computer equipment, transmission lines and management software; creating conditions to promote online administrative procedure settlement, improving service quality for the people.
Regarding tasks that were previously under the authority of the district level but are now assigned to the commune level, the Provincial People's Committee affirmed that it will be proactive and flexible in directing and promptly resolving difficulties when they arise. The responsibilities of each department and branch will be clearly defined to avoid overlapping or pushing in handling work.
Previously, the People's Committee of Nghe An province established 4 working groups to periodically inspect, guide and urge the removal of difficulties for communes and wards.
