During holidays, the unit assigns a 24/24 hour duty schedule. Service staff at the bus station must wear uniforms and wear badges to guide vehicles to enter and exit the station in the correct area. To ensure absolute safety for passengers, the bus station applies and properly implements the traffic safety procedures for vehicles entering and leaving the station; strengthens the inspection and control of the technical condition of vehicles before departure; resolutely does not allow vehicles that do not ensure technical safety to depart according to regulations; at the same time, strengthens fire prevention and fighting at the bus station.

Like Vinh Tru Bus Station, other bus stations in the province have all developed and organized passenger transport service plans with the main goal of ensuring safety and convenience for passengers. It is known that, implementing the direction of the Ministry of Construction on strengthening solutions to better serve people's travel needs, ensuring traffic order and safety, the Department of Construction issued a plan to serve people's travel needs during the peak holiday period of April 30 and May 1 in 2025. In particular, passenger transport business units are required to have appropriate transport organization plans, carry the correct permitted load, the correct number of people according to regulations, ensure capacity and quality of transport services; strictly check the safety conditions of vehicles and drivers before departure, require passengers to wear seat belts when being transported on vehicles; post information according to regulations.

Thoroughly educate and disseminate to drivers and service staff on vehicles to strictly comply with regulations on continuous driving time and driving time during the day, absolutely do not drive vehicles when there is alcohol concentration in the blood and breath; do not carry more than the prescribed number of people; do not carry flammable and explosive substances, livestock or live poultry with passengers; maintain the operating status, fully, accurately and promptly transmit data from the journey monitoring device, from the camera (for vehicles subject to installation) in accordance with regulations. Inspections need to focus on conditions regarding the technical condition and quality of the vehicle; the driver must have a valid driver's license, suitable for the type of vehicle being driven; have enough drivers to comply with regulations on working hours of drivers and especially ensure that drivers do not use alcohol before allowing the vehicle to leave the station. Bus stations need to pay special attention to the quality and safety of passenger transportation activities, minimizing delays and cancellations.

On this occasion, the authorities will strengthen inspection and remind transport units to strictly comply with the provisions of the law. At the same time, they will strengthen supervision and handle transport units that violate the law and arbitrarily increase fares without approval from competent authorities..; coordinate to guide bus station operators to create all favorable conditions for passenger transport enterprises to turn around as quickly as possible to relieve passengers during the holidays.
