The Hydrometeorological Agency forecasts that the northeastern sea area of the North East Sea will have winds gradually increasing to level 7-10, from the afternoon of October 5, the area near the storm center will have winds of level 11-12, gusting to level 15; the sea will be rough. The northeastern sea area of the North East Sea will have waves 2-4m high; from the night of October 4, the waves will be 4-6m high, from the afternoon of October 5, the area near the storm center will have waves 6-8m high.
