Nhan Dan Newspaper gives support to Ca Mau students on the occasion of the new school year opening

On the morning of September 5, on the occasion of the opening of the new school year 9-2024, representatives of the Standing Office of Nhan Dan Newspaper in Can Tho and the Representative Office of Nhan Dan Newspaper in Ca Mau went to the place to support 10 bicycles and 7.000 notebooks for students with difficult circumstances who overcome difficulties in studying in many localities in Ca Mau province.

Of the total gifts donated this time, Dam Doi district received 10 bicycles and 3.000 student notebooks; Phu Thuan commune (Phu Tan district) received 3.000 student notebooks; the remaining 1.000 student notebooks were given to support students in Bien Bach Dong commune (Thoi Binh district).

Accompanying Nhan Dan Newspaper to support students during the new school year are a number of units with production and business activities in Ca Mau: Ca Mau Seafood Processing and Services Joint Stock Company (CASES) with 10 bicycles and 3.000 notebooks; Hung Thuan Seafood Company Limited (2.000 notebooks); Thoi Binh District Telecommunications Branch and Thach Hieu Pharmacy (each unit 1.000 notebooks).

Through the Standing Office of Nhan Dan Newspaper in Can Tho and the Representative Office of Nhan Dan Newspaper in Ca Mau, the above-mentioned accompanying units wish to join hands with the locality to share some of the difficulties and burdens before the new school year for students with difficult circumstances in the Ca Mau river region.

Representatives of local Party committees, authorities and schools receiving support sent their thanks and expressed their hope that Nhan Dan Newspaper would continue to act as an intermediary and bridge to receive more support from businesses, contributing to "sharing the burden" with the locality to better care for the "century-long career of cultivating people", so that no student has to drop out of school due to difficult circumstances.

In many places in Ca Mau, parents take their children to school by water, but the children are still determined to stay in school and class.

Còn hàng nghìn em trong số đó có ở địa bàn vùng sâu vùng xa, hoàn cảnh khó khăn, việc đến trường khá gian nan, vất vả.
