According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, at 1:00 p.m. on November 11, the center of storm No. 14 (Fung-Wong) was at about 20.0 degrees north latitude; 118.4 degrees east longitude, in the eastern sea area of ​​the northern East Sea.
