It is forecasted that in the next 24 hours, the storm will continue to move northeast, enter the sea east of Taiwan (China) and gradually weaken. At 4:00 a.m. on November 13, the center of the storm will be at about 23.1 degrees North latitude; 121.7 degrees East longitude, the wind speed will decrease to level 8, gusting to level 10. After that, in the next 24 hours, the storm will weaken into a tropical depression as it moves further away, and at 4:00 a.m. on November 14, it will only be at level 6.
In the northeastern sea area of the North East Sea, strong winds of level 6 - 7, near the storm center level 8 - 9, gusting to level 11; waves 3 - 5 m high, near the storm center 5 - 7 m; very rough seas. All vessels operating in the dangerous area need to urgently escape the area affected by strong winds and big waves, and beware of dangerous storms at sea.
Currently, at Bach Long Vy station, strong Northeast wind level 5, sometimes level 6, gusting to level 7 has been observed. In the next 24 hours, the Northern area of Bac Bo Gulf will continue to have Northeast wind level 5, sometimes level 6, gusting to level 7 - 8, rough seas, waves 1.5 - 2.5 m high. During the day and night of November 12, the sea area in the Northeast of the East Sea will have storms; especially in the area from Quang Ngai to Ca Mau , on November 13 - 14, strong Northeast wind level 6, gusting to level 7 - 8, waves 2.5 - 3.5 m high, rough seas.
The level of natural disaster risk due to storms is determined at level 3.
Meteorological experts say that storm No. 14 is weakening and moving further away from the mainland. However, the storm's circulation combined with the Northeast monsoon continues to cause dangerous weather at sea. Fishermen and vessels operating at sea need to regularly monitor warning bulletins and proactively take precautions to ensure safety.
Meanwhile, the cold air continues to weaken in the South, causing a cold, dry weather in the North. From November 13 to 15, the Northern region, Thanh Hoa and Nghe An will generally have few clouds, sunny days, cold nights and early mornings. The lowest temperature at night is generally 16 - 18 degrees Celsius, in mountainous areas below 13 degrees Celsius, with some places experiencing severe cold.
