It is forecast that by 4am tomorrow, the storm will be in the western sea area in the middle of the East Sea, about 190km northwest of Song Tu Tay Island, maintaining its intensity and moving west-southwest at a speed of 5-10km/h.
By November 29, the storm was still in the west of the East Sea but had weakened to level 11, gusting to level 14 and moving northwest at a speed of 5 km/h.
On November 30, while continuing in this area, the storm decreased to level 10, gusting to level 13, moving northwest at a speed of 3-5 km/h.
According to forecasts, the storm is currently at its strongest intensity of 144 km/h, and will change direction continuously over the next two days but will still maintain its wind speed; by November 30, when it is off the coast of Gia Lai , the wind speed will decrease to 90 km/h.
