With a total of 121 officers and employees, the unit has firmly maintained the spirit of solidarity, discipline and responsibility, comprehensively completed assigned tasks, and at the same time maintained its role as one of the important cultural institutions in researching, introducing and spreading the ideological values of Ho Chi Minh .
The museum has organized 19 exhibitions in 2025.
In 2025, visitor reception activities continued to grow impressively. The museum welcomed 842,423 visitors, including 88,315 international visitors, an increase of 7,810 compared to 2024. The explanation activities served 3,314 groups with nearly 50,000 listeners, while research and study programs about President Ho Chi Minh attracted more than 23,000 visitors. Many new programs such as "Telling stories about Ho Chi Minh's moral example", thematic experiential activities, or the Team admission and reporting ceremony for students have contributed to expanding the target audience and increasing interaction. The museum also coordinated the training of 76 volunteer tour guides using three languages, significantly supporting the service of visitors.
Exhibition activities continued to be a highlight with 19 exhibitions held during the year, including 6 planned exhibitions, 11 unplanned exhibitions and 2 exhibitions abroad. Many topics had great influence such as " The Communist Party of Vietnam - 95 years accompanying the nation", "The Country is full of joy", "Independence Autumn" or "Simple but noble examples". In particular, exhibitions in China and the Russian Federation contributed to promoting the image and ideology of Ho Chi Minh to international friends.
In the field of collection and documentation, the Museum continues to promote digitization and expand the data warehouse. The unit has collected 74 new artifacts and documents, including many manuscripts, sculptures and precious documentary photos related to the life and career of President Ho Chi Minh. The inventory and preservation work has exceeded the target with more than 2,700 documents reviewed and cataloged; at the same time, the preservation of films, photos, and records has been well implemented, ensuring the safety of the base warehouse.

Scientific research and publishing activities also achieved many positive results. During the year, the Museum published two issues of Information and Documents, coordinated with major publishers to release the book series "Ho Chi Minh's Style" and many important research and educational publications. Museum staff participated in writing 22 research articles, 14 activity news, 5 book introductions and contributed 18 papers at scientific conferences.
One of the outstanding innovations of 2025 is to promote multi-platform communication. The Museum's media ecosystem has been strongly expanded with the website, Facebook, YouTube, Zalo OA, TikTok and visual news. During the year, the unit posted 445 Vietnamese articles, 230 English articles, 217 Chinese articles and produced 58 videos, attracting more than 471,000 website visits, most of which were new users. The Museum processed 720 incoming/outgoing documents, drafted 442 outgoing documents, and resolved 3,538 other documents and invitations. At the same time, it reviewed and registered cadres and civil servants in 2025 and implemented the appointment process for 02 Deputy Directors and 02 Deputy Heads of Departments. The emulation and reward work recognized the excellence of 01 collective and 03 individuals in the period 2020-2025, along with collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements on the occasion of the A80 Ceremony and the 55th Anniversary of the Museum's founding (1970-2025).
Regarding visitor services, the Museum has successfully hosted 23 conferences renting the hall, and provided initial examination and treatment for 234 officials, workers and visitors. The sanitation and landscape inside and outside the Museum are well maintained.
The Museum has completed the bidding for flower garden and ornamental plant care services, and environmental sanitation for the Ho Chi Minh Museum project. Professional guidance and foreign affairs activities have also been promoted. In particular, 06 working delegations were organized to countries such as Russia, China, Hong Kong, Korea... successfully organized the online signing ceremony of the Cooperation Agreement with the Hongyan Revolutionary History Museum, China (period 2024-2028); published 45 reports and television news, 125 news articles, 180 news articles on internal media, and at the same time researched and produced 02 souvenir statues, and completed 2,000 paper gift bags to celebrate the 55th anniversary of the Museum's founding.
With the results achieved, Ho Chi Minh Museum continues to affirm its position as an important research, archive and education center about President Ho Chi Minh.
Logistics, Security and Technical work continues to be seriously implemented. The staff of the Museum always strictly implements the technical system operation procedure, ensuring safety and savings; regularly coordinates with Company 2, Regiment 375, the Guard Command and Ba Dinh Ward Police to ensure protection and security for visitors; Well implements the fire prevention and fighting system, security cameras and anti-intrusion system.
Party and Union activities are also very exciting. In 2025, the Museum successfully organized the Museum Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, electing an Executive Committee of 09 comrades; the Party Committee had 04 party members participating in the training course; the grassroots Youth Union organized the Congress for the 2025-2030 term, electing a new Executive Committee of 07 comrades; Organized the first Pickleball tournament in 2025 and other cultural and sports activities.
Towards 2026, the Museum continues to focus on the following tasks: Ensuring the conditions of facilities and techniques to serve visitors; Doing a good job of personnel work, organizing the apparatus, completing the recruitment of civil servants; Continuing to apply new and creative technologies in museum operations (Communication, Display, Education and other tasks); Strengthening connections in appropriate forms, exchanging and cooperating on expertise and profession in the system of museums and memorial sites of President Ho Chi Minh nationwide; Promoting foreign affairs activities with traditional partners, expanding cooperative relations with new partners.
With the achieved results, the Ho Chi Minh Museum continues to affirm its position as an important research, archive and education center about President Ho Chi Minh, while creating a solid foundation to effectively implement tasks in 2026 in a professional, creative and deeply integrated direction.
