On the evening of October 30, a representative of Lai Chau Provincial Police said that the agency had just issued a decision to prosecute the case, prosecute the accused and temporarily detain Giang A Chu (37 years old), Giang A Sinh (37 years old), Giang A Hang (31 years old) and Giang A Do (30 years old), all residing in Ta Leng commune (Tam Duong district, Lai Chau), for the crime of resisting people on official duty.

According to a representative of Lai Chau Provincial Police, the four suspects are cousins and attacked police officers on duty on the evening of October 21.
Specifically, at around 9:00 p.m. on October 21, Giang A Hang violated the Road Traffic Law in Group 23 (Dong Phong Ward, Lai Chau City, Lai Chau Province) and was stopped by the working group of the Social Order Administrative Police Team (PC06) of Lai Chau Provincial Police for inspection.

The airline did not comply with the inspection request and called three cousins, Chu, Sinh and Do, to "rescue" them.
When Hang's relatives arrived, Hang's group cursed and pressured the task force not to keep Hang's motorbike, and at the same time punched, kicked, and used helmets to hit the police officers.
4 Hang brothers attacked the police force
Faced with this situation, the task force coordinated with local police to control Hang, Sinh and Do and bring them to the headquarters for questioning. Chu drove away on his motorbike and surrendered on October 27.
The actions of the four Hang brothers injured three police officers, one of whom had his nose crushed and had to be hospitalized for treatment.
