Over 1,200 students from Ton Duc Thang University participated in the closing ceremony and awards presentation of the Ton Duc Thang University Student Sports Festival - TDTU Games 2026.
A large number of students participated in the closing ceremony of the TDTU Games 2026 student sports festival.
With the theme "IGNITE YOUR FIRE," the sports festival brought together nearly 1,400 athletes from 16 faculties, competing in 8 sports. In addition to traditional sports , this year the university also introduced new sports suitable for the characteristics of the new generation of students.
After more than two months of intense competition, the Faculty of Sports Science won first place overall with 13 gold medals, 1 silver medal, and 5 bronze medals. Second place went to the Faculty of Business Administration, and third place was awarded to the Faculty of Environment and Occupational Safety. The Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering received a consolation prize.
The organizing committee presented awards to the units that achieved high results at the sports event.
With its educational philosophy of "Liberal education for the holistic development of human beings," Ton Duc Thang University identifies physical education and sports activities as one of the important solutions in its training strategy.
Held every two years, the sports festival is a healthy sporting event and an environment for students to experience, train, interact, and bond.
