The event gathered a large number of guests from importers, distributors, hotel representatives, restaurants, cafes, wine experts, to food lovers, all together to experience the typical culinary culture of Argentina.

At the event, Argentinian beef was presented as an art. On the grill, the asador - an Argentinian chef - skillfully turned each piece of premium beef selected from the Pampas grasslands. The smell of wood smoke mixed with the aroma of meat fat filled the space. Ribeye, striploin or picanha were grilled to perfection, melting to the touch of a knife, sweet, soft and slightly fatty.

Guests enjoyed beef while chatting and sharing, recreating the spirit of asado - a traditional Argentinian barbecue, where cuisine and friendship blend.

Not only beef, Argentine wine was also the highlight of the festival. Guests were able to discover a special selection from Mendoza, Patagonia and many other famous wine regions, from fresh, delicately aromatic whites to rich, full-bodied reds full of character. Some of the wines have won international awards, demonstrating the world's top quality and winemaking artistry.

In addition to beef and wine, guests were also offered rich cheese, smooth butter and yerba mate tea – the iconic tea of South America. Some Vietnamese guests who tried mate for the first time laughed with delight at the mild bitterness and distinctive hay aroma.

As Latin music played, people raised their glasses, clinked their glasses, and smiled. There was no formality, just the aroma of meat, wine, fire, and friendship. Beef and Wine Day was more than just a culinary event; it was a testament to how beef, wine, and Argentine culture can connect hearts across two countries on opposite sides of the globe.
