Speaking at the ceremony, Dr. Hoang Huu Truong, Party Secretary and Director of the Hospital, shared: As a Grade I general hospital, performing the task of providing specialized health care for the people of the province, the staff and civil servants of the Hospital understand the heavy losses that people in flood-affected areas are facing. Every contribution, no matter how small, has practical meaning, helping people to soon stabilize their lives and overcome the consequences of natural disasters.
Responding to the call of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, implementing the direction of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Committee and the Department of Health , the Hospital has mobilized all cadres, party members, civil servants and employees to participate in support with a minimum contribution of 1/2 day's salary. At the same time, departments, offices and centers continue to be encouraged to mobilize more social resources, joining hands to support the people of the Central and Central Highlands regions to overcome difficulties.

Immediately after the launching ceremony, the staff, civil servants and workers in the entire hospital actively responded and donated 213 million VND. All of this money will be transferred to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thanh Hoa province to promptly support people in the disaster area.
Over the years, Thanh Hoa Provincial General Hospital has not only fulfilled its professional tasks well but has also been one of the leading units in volunteer and social security activities such as supporting funds for the poor, natural disaster prevention, supporting Agent Orange victims, and charity homes... These humanitarian activities have contributed to affirming the image of a dedicated and responsible medical team, always accompanying the community and spreading good values in society. |
