Dr. Nguyen Phi Hung, Director of Hoan My Cuu Long Hospital, member of the Appraisal Council, spoke at the meeting.

The assessment was conducted to assess the level of completion and ability to meet the standards for implementing electronic medical records according to Circular 13/2025/TT-BYT of the Ministry of Health . This is an important step in the digital transformation roadmap of healthcare, towards a paperless hospital - smart management - comprehensive care for patients.

At the working session, the appraisal team heard an overview report on the implementation process of the EMR system at the hospital, including organizational structure, technical infrastructure, record management software, information circulation process, as well as training and guidance for medical staff in using and managing electronic data.

At the same time, the delegation also conducted field inspections at departments, observed the process of receiving, examining and treating patients, storing and retrieving medical records on the software system to ensure accuracy, transparency and confidentiality as required by the Ministry of Health.

The implementation of electronic medical records is a milestone in the digital transformation process of Hoan My Binh Phuoc Hospital.
