Promoting the tradition of "When drinking water, remember its source" of our nation, every year, Military Hospital 4 always implements the policy of the Army's rear, building the solidarity between the army and the people with many practical activities. The activities of this working group are with the desire to further strengthen the solidarity between the army and the people, so that people will have more faith and love for Uncle Ho's soldiers.

The working group organized medical examinations for more than 200 people. People were examined in a number of specialties such as: Internal medicine; general surgery; cardiovascular; neurology; dermatology; eyes and ear, nose and throat. For cases of common diseases, doctors prescribed, dispensed medicine, and provided treatment instructions. For cases of serious and chronic diseases, doctors prescribed medicine, and at the same time advised and referred them to the specialties of Military Hospital 4 for treatment.

Also in the morning, the working group presented 20 gifts worth a total of 10 million VND to families in difficult circumstances in Minh Chau commune, Nghe An province. This medical examination and treatment trip of Military Hospital 4 not only provides primary health care, material and spiritual support to the people but also demonstrates the close bond between the army and the people, especially for families in difficult circumstances.
