Immediately after the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term, the Social Insurance Party Committee of Ha Tinh province thoroughly grasped the viewpoints, goals, key tasks and breakthroughs set forth in the Congress Resolution, and at the same time concretized them into an action program suitable to the specific functions and tasks of the industry.

People are happy to be informed about new policies related to social insurance and health insurance.

The provincial Social Insurance aims to achieve universal health insurance coverage by 2030, with 36.2% of the working-age workforce participating in social insurance, reducing the debt ratio to below 2.5%, and 100% of beneficiaries of social insurance benefits being paid through non-cash payment methods.

To realize those goals, the entire Provincial Social Insurance Party Committee agreed on the "5 clear" action motto: clear people, clear work, clear responsibilities, clear progress, clear results; at the same time, directed Party cells and organizations to launch extensive emulation movements, closely coordinate with the political system in propaganda work, mobilize people to participate in social insurance, health insurance, and voluntary social insurance in the area.

Party Secretary and Director of Ha Tinh Social Insurance Nguyen Van Dong said: “The provincial Social Insurance determines that implementing the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress is a particularly important political task, both a goal and a driving force. From there, we have promptly concretized it with action programs, plans, and specific solutions to implement, creating excitement, enthusiasm, responsibility, and encouraging creativity and breakthroughs among civil servants and workers in the entire industry, towards the ultimate goal of sustainable social security and a prosperous and happy life for the people.”

Party Secretary and Director of Ha Tinh Provincial Social Insurance Nguyen Van Dong spoke at the launching ceremony to propagate social insurance and health insurance policies and receive sponsorship to give health insurance cards to people in difficult circumstances, recently organized by the Provincial Social Insurance.

During the implementation process, the provincial Social Insurance identified the policy dissemination and propaganda work as the "bridge" between the Party's resolutions and people's lives. If in the past, social insurance and health insurance policies were often known through dry and difficult-to-access administrative documents, now the communication content has been renewed, closer, easier to understand and more accessible. Social insurance officers closely coordinate with Party committees, authorities, and organizations to propagate, dialogue, support, and directly advise, helping people clearly understand the benefits and significance of participating in social insurance and health insurance.

Many localities have proactively organized communication sessions, dialogue conferences, mobile consultations, and brought social security policies to each residential group, business household, and freelance worker.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Loan - a party member of the Thach Ha Social Insurance Branch shared: "The more you travel, the more you realize that people are very interested in social security and they need to be explained to understand more fully. We consider each propaganda session and each dialogue as an opportunity for people to better understand the humane policies of the Party and the State."

Thanks to the flexible and people-friendly approach, the social insurance and health insurance policies have penetrated deeper into people's lives. More and more people, small traders, and farmers have proactively participated in voluntary social insurance and family health insurance, considering it as "savings for the future", a support when sick or old. That is also the way the Ha Tinh Social Insurance sector contributes to concretizing the goal of the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress: not to leave anyone behind in the development process.

Along with expanding the number of participants, Ha Tinh Social Insurance promotes digital transformation and administrative reform, considering this one of the important breakthroughs to improve the efficiency of serving the people. The processes of receiving, processing records, paying benefits, assessing health insurance... are carried out on the National Public Service Portal and through the VssID application, helping people easily look up and track information, saving time, costs, and minimizing errors.

At the same time, the provincial Social Insurance closely coordinates with the health sector to monitor health insurance examination and treatment costs, ensuring correct and sufficient expenditure, publicity and transparency; at the same time, expanding non-cash payments, contributing to the formation of a modern, effective and friendly management system.
