Caught stealing a car and continuing to steal

(DN)- On August 3, Bien Hoa City Police are temporarily detaining the subjects: Nguyen Van Hanh (30 years old) and Nguyen Manh Quyen (27 years old), both residing in Trang Bom District, and preparing a file to transfer to Nhon Trach District Police to continue investigating the act of property theft.

Previously, at around 8:10 p.m. on July 30, a patrol team of Tam Phuoc Ward Police, while on patrol in Long Duc 3 Ward, Tam Phuoc Ward, discovered Hanh and Quyen driving a motorbike without a license plate, showing suspicious signs, so they asked to stop the vehicle for inspection.

Seeing the police force, one of the two subjects ran away but the patrol team promptly arrested him. Through checking the subjects' belongings, the police discovered 2 pliers and 2 electric pliers.

Through investigation, the subjects confessed that they were carrying the above tools to find vulnerable people to steal property. In particular, the Honda AirBlade motorbike that the subjects were using was stolen from a resident (unknown origin) in Vinh Thanh commune, (Nhon Trach district) on July 11.
