Party Secretary and Acting Minister of Industry and Trade Le Manh Hung was elected by the Congress to the 14th Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

According to the list announced by the 14th National Congress of the Party, Le Manh Hung, Member of the Party Committee of the Government, Secretary of the Party Committee, and Acting Minister of Industry and Trade, was elected by the Congress to the 14th Central Committee of the Party.

On January 22, 2026, the 14th National Congress of the Party continued its work all day to discuss and implement matters concerning personnel for the 14th Central Committee. General Secretary To Lam , Chairman of the Presidium, presided over the session on behalf of the Presidium.

Comrade Le Minh Hung, Member of the Political Bureau, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Party, and Head of the Central Organization Department, on behalf of the Presidium, presented the Report of the 13th Central Committee of the Party on personnel work for the 14th Central Committee of the Party.

Member of the Executive Committee of the Government Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Acting Minister of Industry and Trade Le Manh Hung was elected by the Congress to the Central Executive Committee of the Party, 14th term.

The Congress discussed and voted to approve the number of members of the 14th Central Committee of the Party as 200 comrades, including 180 full members and 20 alternate members.

According to the announced results and the approved list of elected comrades, Comrade Le Manh Hung , Member of the Executive Committee of the Government Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Acting Minister of Industry and Trade, was elected by the Congress to the Central Executive Committee of the Party, 14th term .
