Mr. Ngoc said that this year, the Hanoi education sector has made great efforts to achieve many outstanding achievements. In particular, Hanoi has affirmed its leading position in the country in terms of comprehensive and key education quality, with many students winning national and international awards. The rate of high school graduates in Hanoi has reached the highest level in the past 20 years. This is the result of innovative teaching methods and the sense of responsibility and creativity of Hanoi's teaching staff.
However, the challenges on the development path of the education and training sector in Hanoi are also enormous, requiring great efforts in the new era of development. In particular, it is necessary to implement solutions to thoroughly overcome the shortcomings and limitations that have lasted for many years, such as: There is a gap between the inner city and the suburbs, and areas far from the center; the teaching staff and school facilities in some places do not meet the requirements; the vocational education system has not developed proportionately; negative phenomena, achievement disease, extra teaching and learning not in accordance with regulations; school violence, traffic violations by students; food hygiene and safety in schools... still sometimes and in some places cause frustration.
