Quang An Flower Market (Hong Ha Ward) is known as the largest wholesale fresh flower market in the capital, distributing flowers to many areas of Hanoi . During holidays, especially the Lunar New Year, the market is always bustling with activity as buying and selling continues throughout the night.

As the year draws to a close, Quang An flower market becomes increasingly crowded. At 10 PM on February 13th, thousands of people had already flocked to the market to shop for Tet (Lunar New Year).

Everyone wants to choose the freshest and most beautiful bouquets of flowers to display at home during Tet (Vietnamese New Year).

According to observations, the variety of fresh flowers for the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2026 is immense. Besides familiar flowers for Tet such as peach blossoms and apricot blossoms, many other varieties like peonies and magnolias are also popular.

After nearly two hours, Ms. Bui Khanh Linh's family (Nghia Do ward, Hanoi) finally chose a bouquet they liked. She said that the crowded flower market made choosing flowers more difficult than usual. In return, she and her family enjoyed the very joyful and meaningful atmosphere of Tet shopping.

This Lunar New Year season, lilies have unexpectedly become a popular and trending flower choice.

Many people choose lilies to decorate their homes for Tet (Lunar New Year) because of their elegant colors and delicate fragrance.

According to our survey, the price of lilies has increased significantly as Tet (Lunar New Year) approaches. In particular, the "hot trend" double lilies this Tet season are priced from 400,000 VND to over 1,000,000 VND per bunch of 5-10 beautiful stems with many branches and flowers.

Despite the relatively high price, double lilies are still a popular choice among many people. Some even buy them in large quantities for their families.

Trucks loaded with fresh flowers lined up one after another entering the market.

Small traders are happy because, although Tet is more difficult, they are fortunate to have favorable weather and good flower prices.

As night fell, the number of people flocking to Quang An flower market increased significantly. At many times, localized traffic congestion occurred.

The bustling scene at Quang An flower market is not just a typical commercial image, but has become a distinctive cultural feature of Hanoi residents every time Tet (Lunar New Year) comes around. From here, fragrant and colorful flowers begin their journey to spread far and wide, bringing the vibrant spring and the warmth of family reunion to every household.
