
This art performance is part of a series of programs promoting traditional, ethnic and contemporary art, organized by the Bong Sen Folk Music and Dance Theater in public spaces in Ho Chi Minh City. Thereby, it aims to bring traditional art closer to the public, especially the young generation and international tourists, contributing to the preservation and promotion of national cultural values in contemporary life.

The program was staged vividly, richly, and colorfully, with performances of folk art forms such as: singing, dancing, traditional musical instruments combined with modern performance style.

Through this series of events, the theater hopes to create a cultural and artistic bridge between tradition and modernity, bringing unique artistic experiences to viewers, while at the same time arousing national pride and love for Vietnamese culture among the public; introducing and promoting the beauty of performing folk arts to international visitors.

During the performance on the morning of November 29, a large number of city residents and many international tourists came to enjoy the attractive music and dance performances: the ensemble Soul of the Countryside, Drum and Rice, Beautiful Saigon, Non Quai Thao dance, Golden Tray, the trio Sunshine and Wind of the Southern Region, the duet Truc Xinh, the solo monochord Nhip Cau Que Huong, the solo guitar Tu Tinh...

Participating in the performance are Meritorious Artist Anh Tan, Meritorious Artist Thu Thuy, artists Minh Khang, Minh Phat, Anh Nguyet, Lam Tran Quang, Hoang Anh Tuan, Diem Quynh, Lam Ngoc, My Duyen, singers Anh Thu, Tuong Vy, Minh Doan, Minh Hieu, dancers Bao Ngan, Moly Dana, Thu Hien, Thanh Trang...

In the evening of the same day, the Lotus Folk Music and Dance Theatre continued to light up the traditional art performance program, serving the city's residents and international tourists at Nguyen Hue walking street, Saigon ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
