With the theme "Vietnamese Workers: Innovation and Creativity, Enhancing Labor Productivity," the 2026 Workers' Month, implemented by the 15th Army Corps, coincides with the 140th anniversary of International Labor Day on May 1st, aiming to further affirm the position, role, and historical mission of the Vietnamese working class.
This will promote the attention and responsibility of the entire political system, the business community, and society as a whole in caring for and building a stronger and more developed working class.

Within the framework of the launching ceremony, many practical activities were implemented by the unit, such as: visiting and giving gifts to union members in difficult circumstances; providing free medical examinations and medicine; organizing "Trade Union Meals"; cultural and sports exchanges; disseminating information on labor law, social insurance, fire prevention and control, and ensuring occupational safety and hygiene.
This is also an opportunity to spread the spirit of creative work, discipline, and responsibility among cadres, union members, and workers; and to promote emulation movements such as "Excellent Workers, Creative Workers" and "Improving Skills, Competing for Skilled Craftsmen".

Through this launching ceremony, the 15th Army Corps continues to affirm the concern of Party committees and commanders at all levels for the material and spiritual lives of workers; building strong grassroots trade union organizations; consolidating harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations; and contributing to the successful implementation of economic development tasks combined with strengthening national defense and security in the strategic Central Highlands region.
