Promoting the heroic tradition, in the period of 2021-2025, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee - Command of Corps 15, the Party committees, commanders, cadres, union members and association members in the entire Corps have been united, responsible, proactive in overcoming difficulties, highly determined in performing tasks, and closely attached to the people.
Mass work has been deployed comprehensively and synchronously, achieving many practical results, contributing to building a strong, comprehensive, "exemplary" agency and unit.
The 15th Corps has now established 22 grassroots trade union organizations with nearly 11,200 members; 18 grassroots youth union organizations with 2,408 members and 19 women's union organizations with over 5,000 members. These are three mass organizations that play the role of core and vanguard forces in carrying out political tasks and building the unit.
During the 2021-2025 period, associations and unions have organized and launched programs associated with the implementation of the annual emulation movement to win, closely following the political tasks and practical situations of agencies and units.
Outstanding are the emulation movements: "Army Trade Union: Innovation, creativity - Strengthening strength, cultivating virtue - Improving knowledge, practicing profession - Strong, developing, worthy of Uncle Ho's soldiers", "Army youth cultivate virtue, cultivate talent, be creative, worthy of Uncle Ho's soldiers", "Army women have intelligence and courage, complete tasks well, build happy families, worthy of Uncle Ho's soldiers" ...
Through the emulation movements, many creative ways and effective operating models have emerged. In the past 5 years, 60 groups and 70 individuals have been awarded certificates of merit by the Central Government, 180 groups and 1,350 individuals have been awarded certificates of merit by the Army Corps.
In addition, mass organizations have performed well their functions of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of members; building a democratic and united working environment; actively participating in social security activities, "repaying gratitude", enhancing the qualities of "Uncle Ho's soldiers" and strengthening the military-civilian solidarity relationship.
Speaking at the conference, Colonel Khuat Ba Cao - Party Committee Secretary, Deputy Commander of Army Corps 15 emphasized: The force of union members and association members in the Army Corps accounts for 100% of the military force, of which ethnic minority workers account for nearly 60%, and are the main force carrying out the tasks of the Army Corps.
Therefore, building a strong contingent of cadres, union members, association members, and mass organizations is an important task of Party committees at all levels in the Corps.

At the conference, delegates focused on discussing and agreeing on targets, tasks, and breakthroughs in mass work for the 2025-2030 period. At the same time, they discussed and contributed to the Political Report of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army at the Congress of Trade Unions, Youth, and Women of the Army for the 2025-2030 term; draft documents to be submitted to the 13th National Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and the 14th National Congress of Women; and proposed amendments and supplements to the Association's Charter.
