Attending the conference were comrade Duong Xuan Huyen, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of a number of provincial departments, branches and sectors.
According to the report at the conference, based on the contents of Resolution No. 77, the Standing Committee of Binh Gia District Party Committee has assigned to ensure that 100% of villages and residential blocks have district-level Party Committee members, leaders and managers in charge, monitoring and supporting; 100% of grassroots cadres are assigned to monitor households.
After 2 years of implementing Resolution No. 77, leaders and managers at all levels in the district have performed well the following tasks: grasping the situation of party building work, activities of the political system, cadres, party members and the situation of the people as well as the results of implementing socio-economic development tasks, national defense and security work for the assigned areas, monitoring and supporting; grasping the situation of population movements, income, difficulties and problems of the people... From there, they have advice and proposals to remove difficulties and solve problems.
At the conference, delegates presented papers, contributed additional comments on the achieved results, shared experiences and good practices in the work of taking charge and monitoring the area, and at the same time raised some difficulties and problems as well as proposed solutions to continue effectively implementing Resolution No. 77.
Speaking at the conference, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested: Party committees and authorities at all levels in Binh Gia district continue to thoroughly implement Resolution No. 77 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee. Leaders at all levels consider this a regular, important, long-term task, and the responsibility of cadres, party members, and organizations in the political system.
He requested: Leaders and managers at all levels assigned to be in charge need to proactively arrange their working time reasonably to go to the grassroots to grasp the situation and promptly direct and support the resolution of difficulties, problems, and issues arising in the assigned areas.
At the same time, leaders at all levels of Binh Gia district proactively carry out well the work of inspection, supervision, and urging the implementation of Resolution No. 77 and regulations and working rules for leaders and managers at all levels assigned to monitor and support communes, towns, villages, and households; carry out well the work of information and reporting according to regulations...
