The consultation process revealed that the majority of opinions agreed on the necessity of issuing the Circular; many specific suggestions were studied, incorporated, explained, and revised by the drafting agency to ensure feasibility, transparency, policy stability, and compliance with the provisions of the Electricity Law.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade has posted the Summary of Comments and the Content of Acceptance and Explanation regarding the Draft Circular on the Ministry's electronic portal, as a basis for further refining the document before submitting it to the competent authority for consideration and promulgation.
