Ministry of Industry and Trade revokes alcohol distribution licenses of 4 businesses

Four alcohol distribution businesses have just had their licenses revoked by the Ministry of Industry and Trade due to not operating in the alcohol business for 12 consecutive months.

Pursuant to Decision No. 3157/QD-BCT dated December 2, 2024, the Ministry of Industry and Trade has decided to revoke the Alcohol Distribution License No. 201/GP-BCT dated June 4, 2021 and the Licenses amending and supplementing the License No. 201/GP-BCT dated June 4, 2021 issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade to ITTCTECH Vietnam Technical Company Limited.

The company is headquartered at Bac Cau Kien Industrial Cluster, National Highway 10, An Hong Commune, An Duong District, Hai Phong City.

Business registration number: 0202072977 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Hai Phong city on December 30, 2020.

Reason for revocation: The enterprise has not been in the alcohol business for 12 consecutive months as prescribed in Point d, Clause 1, Article 33 of Decree No. 105/2017/ND-CP dated September 14, 2017 of the Government on alcohol business.

ITTCTECH Vietnam Engineering Co., Ltd. is responsible for fully performing its obligations to the state and other organizations and individuals (if any) to terminate its alcohol distribution business activities in accordance with current laws.

Within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the Decision to revoke this License, ITTCTECH Vietnam Engineering Co., Ltd. must return the original copy of the Alcohol Distribution License issued to the company by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

Pursuant to Decision No. 3158/QD-BCT dated December 2, 2024, the Ministry of Industry and Trade decided to revoke the Alcohol Distribution License No. 272/GP-BCT dated July 22, 2022 and the Licenses to amend and supplement the License No. 272/GP-BCT dated July 22, 2022 issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade to Pisces Import-Export Company Limited.

Company headquarters at 147 Van Cao, Dang Giang ward, Ngo Quyen district, Hai Phong city.

Business registration number: 0202149161 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Hai Phong city, first registered on January 27, 2022.

Reason for revocation: The enterprise has not been in the alcohol business for 12 consecutive months as prescribed in Point d, Clause 1, Article 33 of Decree No. 105/2017/ND-CP dated September 14, 2017 of the Government on alcohol business.

Pisces Import Export Company Limited is responsible for fully performing its obligations to the state and other organizations and individuals (if any) to terminate its alcohol distribution business activities in accordance with current laws.

Within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the Decision to revoke this License, Pisces Import Export Company Limited must return the original copy of the Alcohol Distribution License issued to the company by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

Pursuant to Decision No. 3159/QD-BCT dated December 2, 2024, the Ministry of Industry and Trade decided to revoke the Wine Distribution License No. 266/GP-BCT dated May 23, 2023 and the Licenses to amend and supplement the License No. 266/GP-BCT dated May 23, 2023 issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade to Den Ta International Logistics Company Limited.

Company headquarters at: Lot 42, Lot 3B, New Urban Area, Nga Nam - Cat Bi Airport, Dong Khe Ward, Ngo Quyen District, Hai Phong City.

Business registration number: 0200912821 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Hai Phong city.

Reason for revocation: the enterprise has not been in the alcohol business for 12 consecutive months as prescribed in Point d, Clause 1, Article 33 of Decree No. 105/2017/ND-CP dated September 14, 2017 of the Government on alcohol business.

Black International Logistics Company Limited is responsible for fully performing its obligations to the state and other organizations and individuals (if any) to terminate its alcohol distribution business activities in accordance with current laws.

Within 05 working days from the date of receipt of the Decision to revoke this License, Black International Logistics Company Limited must return the original copy of the Alcohol Distribution License issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade to the Company.

Pursuant to Decision No. 3160/QD-BCT dated December 2, 2024, the Ministry of Industry and Trade revokes the Alcohol Distribution License No. 381/GP-BCT issued on September 22, 2022 and the Licenses to amend and supplement License 381/GP-BCT issued on September 22, 2022 issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade to Viet - Poland Joint Stock Company.

Company headquarters at: Thap Duong village, Trung Kenh commune, Luong Tai district, Bac Ninh province.

Business registration number: 2300343636 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Bac Ninh province on May 28, 2018.

Reason for revocation: The enterprise has not been in the alcohol business for 12 consecutive months as prescribed in Point d, Clause 1, Article 33 of Decree No. 105/2017/ND-CP dated September 14, 2017 of the Government on alcohol business.

Viet - Poland Joint Stock Company is responsible for fully performing its obligations to the state and other organizations and individuals (if any) to terminate its alcohol distribution business activities in accordance with current laws.

Within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the Decision to revoke this License, Viet - Poland Joint Stock Company must return the original copy of the Alcohol Distribution License issued to the company by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
