The Ministry of Science and Technology studies, understands, and implements the Resolution of the 14th National Congress of the Party.

On the morning of February 7th, the National Conference on studying, understanding, and implementing the Resolution of the 14th National Congress of the Party was held in a hybrid format combining in-person and online participation.

The conference took place at the main venue, Dien Hong Meeting Room, National Assembly Building, and was simultaneously connected online to ministries, departments, localities, and agencies nationwide. The synchronized organization from the central to the grassroots level ensured uniformity and seriousness in studying, understanding, and implementing the Resolution of the 14th National Congress of the Party.

This conference is of particular importance, aiming to promptly disseminate the core contents, new points, and major orientations identified in the Resolution of the 14th National Congress of the Party. Through this conference, we contribute to creating a high level of unity in awareness and action throughout the entire political system, providing a basis for all levels and sectors to concretize the Resolution into programs and action plans that are appropriate to the functions, tasks, and practical conditions of each agency, unit, and locality.

At the Ministry of Science and Technology , the conference was held at multiple online locations. The Ministry's Office arranged centralized locations and connected with representatives from the Ministry's Office in various regions, ensuring full and unified participation throughout the entire system.

The units under the Ministry proactively organized meeting points at their offices, prepared all necessary technical conditions, and ensured stable internet connections so that officials and employees could follow, study, and fully understand the contents of the conference.

In addition to specialized units within the Ministry, the conference was also connected to many agencies, public service units, and businesses in the science and technology sector. Some units participated via internet connection, ensuring secure, smooth, and high-quality content reception as required.

Organizing a nationwide conference in a hybrid format (in-person and online) not only saves time and costs and improves organizational efficiency, but also demonstrates a spirit of innovation in the Party's leadership and guidance methods; it aligns with the requirements of digital transformation in the operations of Party and State agencies, and meets the management and operational requirements of the new era.

Through this conference, cadres, Party members, civil servants, and public employees in the science and technology sector have the opportunity to study in greater depth the guiding principles, objectives, tasks, and major solutions identified in the Resolution of the 14th National Congress of the Party. This will further enhance their political awareness, sense of responsibility, and proactive and creative spirit in organizing the implementation of the Resolution in accordance with their assigned functions and tasks.

Based on the spirit of the Resolution of the 14th National Congress of the Party, the Ministry of Science and Technology will continue to direct its affiliated units to develop and implement specific, practical, and focused action plans; ensuring that the Resolution is put into practice as soon as possible. This will enhance the key role of science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation in socio-economic development, improve national competitiveness, and contribute to national defense and security in the new development phase of the country.
