One of the highlights of Luong Tam commune is the Public Administration Service Center, which has been invested in a spacious manner, creating the most convenience for people when coming to contact work. All 417 administrative procedures in 12 fields are publicly listed with QR codes, helping people easily look up, track and grasp the process of handling documents. The staff working is also fully arranged, with the right expertise, good at using document management software, online public services and having communication skills, serving citizens. The commune also arranges staff to guide and support people to submit documents online, especially those who are not proficient in technology or using the VNeID application.

Coming to the Commune Administrative Service Center to get a birth certificate for his grandchild, Mr. Nguyen Van Muoi in Hamlet 3, Luong Tam Commune, shared: “At first, I was very worried because I forgot the VNeID application password and did not know how to submit the application online. But when I arrived at the center, the staff gave me detailed instructions, so I finished in about 15 minutes. I was also helped to reset the VNeID application password for future use. I was very satisfied because the staff were friendly, attentive, and processed the application quickly.”

From July 1 to early November, Luong Tam Commune Public Administration Service Center received more than 1,610 records, of which 1,585 records were resolved, 1,560 records were completed ahead of schedule, and the rest are in the process of being processed. The scientific resolution process, dedicated service attitude, and people's satisfaction rate reached 100%. That is also the motivation for the team of cadres and civil servants of the commune to continue to make efforts and further improve in administrative reform, towards a government that serves, is close to and for the people.

Continue to strengthen the organization, improve management and operation efficiency

Along with administrative reform, Luong Tam commune focuses on consolidating the organizational apparatus, arranging cadres appropriately according to their qualifications, capacity and expertise. Political and ideological education for cadres and party members is carried out regularly to ensure unity in perception and action, actively serving the key tasks set forth by the commune Party Committee. The leadership and direction documents of superiors are deployed, thoroughly grasped and concretized by the commune in a timely manner, close to local reality.

Party organizations, advisory and support agencies of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations of the commune have been improved, consolidated, and soon put into operation in a systematic and effective manner. Thanks to that, all socio -economic aspects of Luong Tam commune have clearly changed. The economic structure has shifted in the right direction; agricultural production has been stable, many effective farming models have been replicated; the trade and service sectors have been promoted; infrastructure, especially rural transport, has been invested and upgraded, creating favorable conditions for local economic development.

Not only focusing on economic development, Luong Tam commune also pays attention to regularly organizing cultural, artistic and sports activities, attracting a large number of people to participate. The quality of health care, education and training is increasingly improved. Social security work is implemented synchronously and promptly, helping people's lives become more and more stable and prosperous. The grassroots political system operates stably, promoting the strength of the great national unity bloc, creating a solid foundation for the comprehensive development of the locality.

Sharing about the orientation for the coming time, Mr. Vo Chi Thang, Secretary of the Party Committee of Luong Tam commune, emphasized: "We continue to improve the quality of activities of Party cells, effectively carry out the work of building a clean and strong Party in all four aspects: politics, ideology, organization and ethics. At the same time, we pay attention to training and fostering cadres, developing new party members; arranging and assigning cadres according to their capacity and strengths".

In addition, the commune will innovate and improve the efficiency of government management and administration, continue to promote administrative reform, well implement the grassroots democracy regulations and government mass mobilization work. On the other hand, focus on applying information technology in the activities of Party and government agencies, deploy digital transformation, digital signatures, improve the quality of online public services, towards a modern, transparent administration, serving the people better and better.
