On November 28, the Hanoi Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee on personnel work. Specifically, Mr. Vu Minh Tuan (born in 1975), Deputy Head of the National Assembly Office, was transferred to work in Hanoi.
Mr. Vu Minh Tuan was received by the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee and appointed to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Hanoi Party Committee, and at the same time arranged to be the Director of the Hanoi Newspaper, Radio and Television Agency when it was established.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Van Phong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee, said that Mr. Vu Minh Tuan has experience in management and operations in many different fields, from press agencies to the National Assembly Office.
“Comrade Vu Minh Tuan is a professional, passionate about his job and wishes to work as a journalist. Receiving an officer who is experienced, has management ability, is very professional and passionate about his job is what the city really wants,” said Mr. Nguyen Van Phong.
The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee said that the city has high expectations for establishing a press, radio and television agency - an important agency to help the Party Committee and the Capital's government do a good job of propaganda, mobilization and creating understanding, fostering the aspirations of all Party members and people of the Capital.
The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee hopes that Mr. Vu Minh Tuan will quickly approach the work, and together with the Hanoi Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, develop and report to the Standing Committee of the Party Committee a project to establish a press, radio and television agency of the capital.
The new Deputy Head of the Hanoi Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, Vu Minh Tuan, said he will make every effort to contribute to the common tasks of the Hanoi Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, coordinate with press agencies, improve the quality of information, spread positive values, listen to people's thoughts and aspirations, and contribute to strengthening trust and consensus in society.
“Success does not come from the efforts of an individual but is the result of solidarity within the group. I hope to receive close guidance from the city leaders and support from officials and civil servants in the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department to complete the task,” said Mr. Vu Minh Tuan./.
