At the ceremony, the representative of Nghe An Department of Health announced Decision No. 1888/QD-SYT to transfer and appoint for a term (5 years) Mr. Ho Giang Nam - Chief of Office of Nghe An Department of Health to hold the position of Director of Nghe An Mental Hospital from December 1, 2025.

Comrade Le Thi Hoai Chung requested the new Director to quickly grasp the situation, review all professional activities, organizational structure, human resources, and facilities; clearly identify priority areas for consolidation and innovation to have appropriate and effective leadership and management solutions; create a democratic and humane working environment, and arouse the spirit of responsibility and creativity.

Comrade Le Thi Hoai Chung delivered a speech assigning tasks to the new Director of Nghe An Mental Hospital.

The new director and the hospital staff focus on promoting digital transformation in management and medical examination and treatment; enhancing professional cooperation with Central-level psychiatric hospitals.

On the existing foundation, focus on implementing new specialized services such as: Treatment of clinical psychological disorders; building diverse therapeutic models (music therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy); aiming towards a friendly, humane hospital model, reducing discrimination against patients.

The Director of Nghe An Department of Health expressed his belief that with his solid professional qualifications and high sense of responsibility, comrade Ho Giang Nam will work with the hospital staff to promote tradition, overcome difficulties, and build the hospital to develop more and more comprehensively.
