( Bqp.vn ) - On the morning of March 14, in Hanoi, the Ministry of National Defense held a training conference to deploy the Regulations on monitoring, urging, and inspecting the implementation of tasks assigned by the Central Military Commission, the Standing Committee of the Central Military Commission, and the leaders of the Ministry of National Defense on the Document Management and Operation System. Major General Nguyen Van Chinh, Deputy Chief of the Office of the Central Military Commission - Office of the Ministry of National Defense chaired the conference. The conference was held online at 42 points throughout the army with over 1,500 delegates attending.

In recent times, the Document Management and Operation System has been deployed to agencies and units throughout the army and has brought about positive results, reducing work processing time, improving the quality and efficiency of the agencies and units. The system is a powerful tool serving the leadership, direction, command, management and operation of the Head of the Ministry of National Defense and heads of agencies and units; monitoring the status of document, file and work processing. Currently, the system is used by over 600 agencies and units throughout the army with over 70,000 accounts.

At the conference, delegates focused on studying the content of the regulations for monitoring, checking and urging the implementation of tasks; instructions on using the subsystem for assigning tasks on the system; instructions on the deadline for updating information and checking the implementation of tasks; instructions on sending, receiving and processing electronic documents using digital signatures, especially personal digital signatures of leaders and commanders at all levels. Through training, the professional qualifications of staff are fostered and improved to meet the requirements of implementation and operation, ensuring the system operates synchronously and smoothly at all levels from the Ministry of National Defense to the units.

Speaking at the conference, Major General Nguyen Van Chinh emphasized that the results of this conference are the basis for putting the task assignment subsystem on the Document Management and Operation System into use throughout the army; contributing to improving the quality of management and operation of leaders and commanders of agencies and units. Major General Nguyen Van Chinh also requested the Party committees and commanders of agencies and units to thoroughly grasp, deploy, and organize the implementation of the directions of the Head of the Ministry of National Defense; plans and instructions of the agencies of the Ministry of National Defense on the deployment of the Document Management and Operation System to send, receive and process electronic documents using digital signatures. At the same time, coordinate with competent agencies to ensure the conditions for implementation, such as: Completing the information technology infrastructure, ensuring stable and smooth network connections and meeting the requirements on the level of information security and safety; Strengthen training, fostering, and building a team of cadres with professional expertise and information technology skills to meet the requirements of implementation, deployment, and operation at all levels; review regulations and document processing procedures to configure the flow on the system in accordance with the characteristics of the agency or unit; regularly monitor, inspect, urge, and promptly remove any problems arising during the implementation process.
