Propose that the Central Government increase the level of housing support for poor and near-poor households in poor districts from the capital source of the National Target Program for Sustainable Poverty Reduction and Project 1 to address the shortage of residential land, housing, production land, and domestic water under the National Target Program for Socio-Economic Development in Ethnic Minority Areas, in the direction of doubling the current support level.

Voters also requested the Central Government to have support policies for communes and villages in the previous period of Region III, which are no longer considered extremely disadvantaged communes and villages according to Decision 861/QD-TTg dated June 4, 2021 and Decision No. 612/QD-TTg dated September 16, 2021 of the Prime Minister, because in reality, communes and villages are still facing many difficulties, especially in terms of socio-economic infrastructure.

Therefore, voters propose that the National Assembly consider allowing people in these places to extend the policies for 2 to 3 years to help people stabilize their lives and develop sustainable production and business. At the same time, it is recommended that the Central Government soon issue a document stipulating that Vocational Education - Continuing Education Centers are beneficiaries of the 3 national target programs, in order to have funding sources to support and invest in upgrading equipment, contributing to improving the quality of education and vocational training for the centers...
