Deputy Minister Ta Quang Dong presided over the ceremony to announce the appointment decisions of officials of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
Accordingly, in Decision No. 5036 dated December 31, 2025, the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism decided to appoint Mr. Tran Ngoc Khoi, Acting Director of the Center for Supporting Literary and Artistic Creation, to the position of Director of the Center for Supporting Literary and Artistic Creation. The term of appointment is 5 years.

In Decision No. 102 dated January 16th, the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism decided to appoint Mr. Nguyen Quoc Binh, Head of the Exhibition and External Relations Department of the National Historical Museum, to the position of Deputy Director of the National Historical Museum. The term of appointment is 5 years.

Deputy Minister Ta Quang Dong requested that the newly appointed comrades continue to promote the spirit of unity and solidarity within their units, working together to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
In addition, leaders should also pay attention to nurturing young cadres, creating a pool of successors for the unit. The Deputy Minister also requested that units with newly appointed cadres always stand alongside and support them to successfully complete their tasks in their new positions.

At the ceremony, on behalf of the newly appointed officials, Director of the Center for Supporting Literary and Artistic Creation Tran Ngoc Khoi expressed his gratitude to the Standing Committee and the leaders of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism for their trust in assigning them the task.
According to Mr. Tran Ngoc Khoi, being appointed is both a great honor and a responsibility and a challenge for the officials.
The Director of the Center for Supporting Literary and Artistic Creation affirmed that in the coming time, they will seriously heed the directives of the Ministry's leadership, constantly strive, train, and strengthen unity within the unit to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
