Accordingly, in Decision No. 4368/QD-BVHTTDL dated November 17, 2025, the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism decided to appoint Mr. Hoang Hai Long, Chief of Office of the Department of Publishing, Printing and Distribution, for a term of 5 years to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Publishing, Printing and Distribution.

In Decision No. 4379/QD-BVHTTDL dated November 17, 2025, the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism decided to appoint Mr. Vu The Duc, Head of the Planning, Statistics and Basic Construction Department, Department of Planning and Finance, for a term of 5 years to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Department of Planning and Finance.

In Decision No. 4339/QD-BVHTTDL dated November 13, 2025, the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism decided to transfer and appoint for a term of 05 years Mr. Nguyen Phong Phu, Head of Finance Department, Chief Accountant of the Ministry Office to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Vietnam Exhibition Center for Culture and Arts.

The decisions take effect from the date of signing.
