Recently, the Ministry of Health continued to draft a proposal to provide support in cash or in kind when women give birth, give birth to 2 children, give birth to 2 children before the age of 35 (budget of 650 billion VND); support living expenses, food expenses for children in preschool; exempt or reduce the cost of regular pregnancy check-ups (budget of about 24.3 billion VND). Along with that is support in cash or in kind for families who only have 2 daughters (budget of more than 151 billion VND); the budget ensures the cost of consultation, health check-ups before marriage and screening, diagnosis, treatment of diseases, congenital defects before birth and newborn for pregnant women and newborns (budget of more than 3,000 billion VND)...
