Deputy Minister of Health Nguyen Tri Thuc has just issued Decision No. 3484/QD-BYT on revoking the Certificate of Eligibility for Pharmaceutical Business No. 782/DKKDD-BYT dated December 12, 2022 of T&T High-Tech Pharmaceutical Group Joint Stock Company (new name: Green Pharmaceutical and Medical Equipment Joint Stock Company).

The company's head office address is stated on the Certificate of Eligibility for Pharmaceutical Business: No. 12 Trang Thi Street, Hang Trong Ward, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi City.

Business location stated on the Certificate of eligibility for pharmaceutical business: No. 302 Ngoc Hoi Street, Thanh Tri District, Hanoi City.

Person in charge of pharmaceutical expertise: University pharmacist Le Manh Hung; Pharmacy practice certificate number: 01747/HNO-CCHND issued by Hanoi Department of Health on December 16, 2013.

Business scope: Export and import of drugs.

Reason for revoking the Certificate of eligibility for pharmaceutical business: The company has a written notice of cessation of pharmaceutical business activities.

This Decision takes effect from the date of signing and promulgation - November 10, 2025.
