During 3 days (from June 9-11), students learned the theory of organization, operation and criteria of Cultural Houses - Sports Areas of villages and residential groups; building teams, groups, and grassroots art clubs; methods of organizing mass art programs; introducing traditional arts such as Cheo, Hat Van, and New Dance and Singing. At the same time, they practiced staging performances, practiced singing and dancing skills, and guided referees in sports such as volleyball, tug of war, chess, pickleball, shuffle dance, etc.

The training course aims to improve knowledge and skills for the Management Board of the Cultural House - Sports Area and cultural and sports cores at the grassroots level, creating a solid team of collaborators to effectively organize activities, contributing to building a grassroots cultural life, meeting the living needs of the community, forming a model for replication throughout the province.
