Training on state management of youth affairs in 2025

On December 15th, the Khanh Hoa Department of Internal Affairs organized a training course on state management knowledge regarding youth affairs in 2025.

Mr. Huynh Manh Thang, Deputy Director of the Department of Internal Affairs, delivered the opening remarks at the training course.

During the training course, civil servants in charge of advising on state management of youth affairs in departments, agencies, localities, and units throughout the province were guided on the content and responsibilities of agencies, units, and localities in implementing and coordinating state management of youth affairs in accordance with the two-level local government; guidance and orientation on building the Plan for implementing the Khanh Hoa Provincial Youth Development Program for the period 2025 - 2030... The delegates were also informed about some basic contents of the amended Youth Law of 2025; Government Decree No. 13/2021, dated March 1, 2021, on dialogue with youth; mechanisms, policies, and measures for implementing policies for youth aged 16 to under 18...

Ms. Luong Thi Hai Anh, Deputy Director of the Department of Youth Affairs and Gender Equality, Ministry of Interior, presented the contents.

The training course aims to equip and update knowledge, and enhance the advisory capacity of officials and civil servants in charge of state management of youth affairs, thereby contributing to the effective implementation of the goals and targets set out in the province's youth development program.
